Refund Policy

If you have received the product but have changed your mind and you would like to return it for a refund , this is unfortunately not possible due to the digital nature of the product, there is no technical means for us to recall or deactivate the product once it has been sent to you.

Customers can only submit a return request for a refund in the following cases:

  • When the order has not been confirmed or the product has not been delivered to you.
  • If there is a problem with the product (invalid product or previously used).

You can request a return within 3 days if you qualify for returns. If your refund request is approved, we will refund the money via the method available to us.

We do not accept refunds for orders where customers choose the wrong product, for example, choose the wrong platform, not suitable for system requirements.
